Google review removal · lawful & policy-based

Remove the fake reviews. Or pay nothing.

Fake, spam and competitor reviews violate Google's own content policies, and reviews that violate policy can come down. We document the violation and file it through official channels. Every review we cannot remove is refunded.

Policy-based flags Official channels only Pro-rata money back

1 · Free audit

Send us the review links. We classify each one: removable under policy, legally actionable, or genuine. You know exactly what you are buying before you pay.

2 · We file the case

Documented evidence of the specific policy violation, filed through Google's flagging and Business Profile dispute channels, escalated when ignored, legal routes where a review is defamatory.

3 · Removed, or refunded

Reviews come down, your rating recovers. Any review that stays up is refunded, automatically, per review. You only ever pay for results.

Pick your takedown

Most businesses under attack have more than one fake review. Volume drops the price per review: $499 single, $450, $400, down to $350 per review, always with the same per-review refund.

Every tier includes the free policy audit first, documented filing, dispute and escalation. Secure checkout by Stripe: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Secure checkout. The audit happens first either way: if fewer of your reviews qualify than you bought, the difference is refunded before we even start.

You only pay for what comes down

No fine print, just arithmetic. On the 5-review takedown, each review is $400. Any review Google does not remove is refunded at exactly that rate.

5 of 5$0 back
4 of 5$400 back
3 of 5$800 back
2 of 5$1,200 back
1 of 5$1,600 back

Single removal is even simpler: it comes down, or your $499 comes back. Refunds are honored in writing, on the order.

Reviews Google removes

Google removes reviews that break its rules, not reviews you simply dislike. These qualify:

  • Fake reviews · no real customer transaction
  • Competitor & ex-employee reviews · conflict of interest
  • Review spam · duplicates & repeat postings
  • Off-topic posts · not about a real experience
  • Personal info, profanity & harassment
  • Defamatory claims · false statements of fact
An honest bad review stays. We will tell you that straight in the free audit rather than take your money for a removal that cannot happen. That honesty is why the refund can be unconditional.

Questions owners ask

Is this legal?

Yes. We only flag reviews that violate Google’s own content policies (fake, spam, conflict-of-interest, off-topic, unlawful), through Google’s official flagging, dispute and, where a review is defamatory, legal channels. No fake counter-reviews, no tricks, no gray methods. That honest scope is exactly why we can refund what does not come down.

How long does it take?

Google says review evaluation typically takes several days. It states no time for appeals or legal requests, so disputed cases take longer. You get a realistic window per review after the audit, and honest updates throughout.

What if only some of my reviews qualify?

The audit is free and comes first: we tell you which reviews are realistically removable BEFORE you pay. If you buy the 5-review takedown and some stay up anyway, the pro-rata refund applies automatically: $400 back per review that does not come down.

Who actually decides the removal?

Google does. Nobody can force a removal, and anyone promising "guaranteed removal" is lying to you. What we control is the quality of the case we file, the escalation, and your refund: if it does not come down, you do not pay for it.

Every day those reviews stay up, they cost you customers.

Start now. The audit is free, the refund is automatic, and the only reviews we touch are the ones that break the rules.
