Brand Kit · for press, partners, and the team
Use our brand correctly. We made it easy.
Everything you need to mention, link to, or write about Essentras. One canonical source — keep it bookmarked.
Color
One brand color. Two if you count black.

Logo
One wordmark. Two color states.
The logo is lowercase essentras in Inter 800 with a violet dot. Black on light backgrounds, white on dark. The dot is always violet. That's it.
On light backgrounds
color="ink"Default state. Use on white, near-white, or pale-tinted backgrounds. Wordmark in ink-900 (#0a0a0a), dot in accent (#7C3AED).
On dark backgrounds
color="white"Inverted for dark hero sections, photo overlays, video. Wordmark in white. The dot stays violet — never tint it for legibility.
Scaling — same mark at every size
Square icon · 2 directions
Two directions. Pick one.
The horizontal wordmark doesn't work at 16×16 (browser tab) or 1024×1024 (app icon). We need a square mark. Two directions below: the “e.” and the dot, each on violet and white. Compare side by side.
“e.”
The wordmark zoomed to its first letter + signature dot. Carries first-letter recall and the brand dot in one mark.
App icon (rounded)
Plain square (social / avatars, no rounding)
The dot
Pure brand signature. Just the dot, scaled up to be the mark. Maximally minimal, maximally ownable — almost nobody does this.
App icon (rounded)
Plain square (social / avatars, no rounding)

How to choose
Open this page on your phone + laptop. Look at each in real contexts — favicon row, mobile home screen, Slack workspace icon. Don't pick what you like in isolation — pick what wins attention against 40 other apps. Reply to [email protected] with your pick: e. or dot, and violet or white.
Typography
Two typefaces. Three roles.
Inter does titles and body. JetBrains Mono does numbers and data. That's the whole system. Both free, both on Google Fonts, the whole stack ships in < 30KB. Don't introduce a third typeface for any material, deck, ad, or social post.

Type scale — what to use where
Every level below is live on this page. Pick by role, not by eye. The right column is the exact token — Tailwind classes for the site, the underlying size/weight for everything else.

Type for social & graphics

- Mark
- Wordmark or "e." icon, bottom-left
- ✓Left-align everything. Headlines, body, stats — flush left.
- ✓Headlines tight (line-height 1.05). Body open (1.4–1.6).
- ✓Lead with a number in JetBrains Mono when you have one.
- ✓White (#fff) or near-black (#0a0a0a) background. Violet (#7C3AED) for one accent.
- ✓End with the wordmark or the violet "e." icon, small, in a corner.
- ✗No center-aligned paragraphs. No justified text.
- ✗No third font — not Montserrat, Poppins, or a "fun" display face.
- ✗No drop shadows, outlines, gradients, or skew on type.
- ✗No ExtraBold body copy — 800 is for headlines and the wordmark only.
- ✗No numbers in Inter when JetBrains Mono is available — they won't align.
Usage rules
Hard yes. Hard no.
- ✓Use the lowercase wordmark with violet dot — that's the brand.
- ✓Use Inter ExtraBold (800) for the wordmark, always.
- ✓On dark backgrounds, invert wordmark to white. Dot stays violet.
- ✓Honor minimum clearspace — one lowercase "x" height on all sides.
- ✓Below 14px, the dot disappears at certain DPRs. That's fine.
- ✓Scale uniformly. The dot scales proportionally with the wordmark.
- ✗Don't capitalize "Essentras" in product copy — lowercase always.
- ✗Don't add a period after the wordmark ("essentras." is dated).
- ✗Don't put "since 2018" or any date stamp next to the mark.
- ✗Don't wrap the wordmark in a circle, badge, or colored container.
- ✗Don't use Gilroy, Montserrat, or any non-Inter typeface for the mark.
- ✗Don't apply shadows, strokes, outlines, gradients, or skew transforms.
- ✗Don't stretch horizontally or vertically.
- ✗Don't recolor the dot — it's #7C3AED (accent), always.
Voice & tone
Direct. Specific. Human.
Specific rules
- Use numerals. "60", not "sixty". "7 days", not "seven days". Numbers catch the eye.
- No em dashes (—). Use commas, periods, colons, or shorter sentences.
- No "elevate", "empower", "unlock", "leverage", "ecosystem", "synergy", "innovative", "cutting-edge", "robust", "seamless", "best-in-class".
- One claim per sentence. If you need "and" twice, you have two sentences.
- Lead with the outcome. "300% engagement growth" beats "We help brands grow".
- Lowercase nouns in body copy. "publisher", "placement", "outlet" — not "Publisher", "Placement", "Outlet".
- "Tier-1" hyphenated. Never "Tier 1" or "T1".
