What Google will and will not remove
Google removes content that violates its policies or the law, and almost nothing else. That means your personal contact details, government IDs, doxxing, non-consensual images, copyright infringements, and (in the EU/UK) outdated personal data are removable through the right channels. Truthful news reporting, content about public figures in their role, and genuine reviews are not, no matter who you pay. Understanding this line upfront is the difference between spending wisely and being scammed.
