How to get published in Entrepreneur

Entrepreneur says it does not accept guest posts. You get published through its Leadership Network ($3,000 a year, application free), by buying a press release on Entrepreneur Wire ($499, labeled as paid), through Partner Studio (no public price), or with a paid article: $6,500 on Essentras, listed with no sponsored label.

Sources: Entrepreneur's own program, help and Wire pages, 4 Entrepreneur pages opened for labels, and our listings.

What you will do

  • See the routes Entrepreneur documents today and which are open to you.
  • Compare cost, speed, label and link policy, each dated and sourced.
  • Tell an Entrepreneur page from sites that only share its name.
  • Follow the 5 steps for the route that fits.
  • Copy templates for the Leadership Network application, a release and a pitch.

Start here in 1 click

Entrepreneur has no guest-post form. These are the 2 things you can do in 1 click: order a paid article on entrepreneur.com through Essentras, or, if what you have is an announcement, buy a press release on Entrepreneur Wire directly.

The routes

The 6 routes into Entrepreneur, as Entrepreneur documents them

Each card says what the route is, how you get in, what it costs where Entrepreneur says, and the pages we read. All of them opened on our reader on 19 Oct 2026.

Entrepreneur Leadership Network (ELN)

The Entrepreneur Leadership Network is Entrepreneur's paid contributor program: members write advice articles for entrepreneur.com, each reviewed by an editor, for $3,000 a year.

How you get in
Apply free: contact details, a bio of up to 500 characters in the third person, your topics and article framings. The application asks who referred you. A committee decides in 3 to 5 business days, and you pay only after acceptance.
Cost
$3,000 per year as of 1 Nov 2022, billed annually, renewing automatically unless you cancel. No monthly option. Earlier members may pay a different amount.
Limits
800 to 1,000 words. The writer guidelines allow 1 article a month; a help page says up to 4 submissions a month. Review takes 2 to 4 weeks. No interviews, quotes, promotion, AI-generated text or earlier publication.
Links and label
Entrepreneur says all contributed articles have nofollow links. The article we opened shows "Entrepreneur Leadership Network Contributor" and the line "Opinions expressed by Entrepreneur contributors are their own."

Entrepreneur Wire

Entrepreneur Wire is Entrepreneur's press release service: you pay a flat fee, and an approved release goes live on its own page on entrepreneur.com.

How you get in
Create a free Entrepreneur.com account, write the release in the dashboard, submit and pay. Releases should be newsworthy and run 400 to 1,200 words. Generic ads and opinion pieces are not accepted.
Cost
$499 flat per release, billed when you submit. A full refund if the release is denied, and for a cancellation before publication.
Time
Pick a date or ASAP. The help page says ASAP means within 24 hours; the About page says a release publishes if 48 hours pass without review. Reviews run Monday to Friday in business hours.
Label
"Press Releases are paid for by or on behalf of the featured businesses." The 2 releases we opened show a "Press Releases" breadcrumb, a category tag and the issuing company as the byline.
Stays live
Generally indefinitely, but not guaranteed: Entrepreneur can unpublish a release, and its terms end refunds after 6 months of publication.

Pitching Entrepreneur's writers

Earned coverage means an Entrepreneur editor or staff writer chooses to cover you. Entrepreneur says it does not accept guest posts, and no program sells staff coverage.

How you get in

Regional editions

Entrepreneur Media links 6 regional editions from its footer: Spanish, India, Asia Pacific, Middle East, UK and Europe. Each runs as its own site.

How you get in
The Europe edition's header has a "Submit Article" link to a CMS login and no program details. We found no public regional pitch or fee page. ELN articles run on the US edition only, per the ELN FAQ.

  • Entrepreneur prints a registered-trademark symbol after "Network" in the contributor label; it is left out here.

  • Entrepreneur says all contributed articles have nofollow links, yet the ELN article we opened showed no nofollow attribute. We opened 1 article, so open yours and view the source before you rely on either claim.
What Leadership Network membership is
  • Bylined articles of 800 to 1,000 words on entrepreneur.com, after an editor approves each
  • A permanent author page with a headshot, a bio and a link to your business
  • A dedicated editor, and a chance of newsletter and event consideration
  • A badge you may use to show you are a member
What it is not
  • Staff coverage: Entrepreneur's writers choose their own stories
  • A way to promote your company: the writer guidelines ban promotion of people, companies and services
  • A followed link: Entrepreneur says contributed articles are nofollow
  • The right to say "featured by Entrepreneur": the badge terms allow showing membership only, and bar implying any other relationship
  • A business for mentions: the guidelines end membership for using it to offer paid coverage to a third party

Step by step

How to get published in Entrepreneur in 5 steps

  1. 1. Match the route to what you have

An announcement goes through Entrepreneur Wire. Advice you can write yourself goes through the Leadership Network. A paid article placed for you is a listing. Branded campaigns go through Partner Studio.

  2. 2. Check the rules that apply

Leadership Network articles run 800 to 1,000 words of first-hand advice: no interviews, quotes, promotion, AI-generated text or earlier publication. Wire releases are newsworthy and run 400 to 1,200 words; ads and opinion pieces are not accepted.

  3. 3. Apply or submit

Leadership Network: apply free and pay after acceptance. Wire: create a free account, write the release in the dashboard and pay $499 on submission. Listing: order and approve the draft.

  4. 4. Plan the timing

Leadership Network: a decision in 3 to 5 business days, then 2 to 4 weeks per article. Wire: ASAP or a date you pick, reviewed Monday to Friday. The Essentras listing runs 1 to 2 weeks. Allow for holidays.

  5. 5. Check the live page and describe it exactly

Open the page, read the label and the link attribute, and save the URL and a screenshot. Say "Entrepreneur Leadership Network contributor", "press release on Entrepreneur" or "paid article", never "featured by Entrepreneur".

Your bio, your LinkedIn and your press kit.

Leadership Network: "[Name] is a contributor to Entrepreneur through the Entrepreneur Leadership Network."

Wire release: "[Company] announced [news] in a press release on Entrepreneur Wire, [month and year]."

Avoid: "Featured by Entrepreneur" and "as seen in Entrepreneur magazine" for any of these, and anything that implies Entrepreneur's editors chose you.

Avoid

Mistakes that waste money or credibility with Entrepreneur

Sending a guest post

Entrepreneur says it does not accept guest posts. Only Leadership Network members can contribute articles.

Treating a Wire release as an article

It is your release, and Entrepreneur labels it as paid. Do not call it editorial coverage.

Writing a promotional Leadership Network article

The guidelines bar promotion of people, companies and services, interviews and quotes from lesser-known figures, AI-generated text and earlier publication.

Assuming the link is followed

Entrepreneur says contributed articles are nofollow, though the article we opened showed no nofollow attribute. Check the live page.

Buying from a look-alike

Entrepreneur Tribune and Entrepreneurs.ng are not entrepreneur.com. Check the domain on every listing.

Selling mentions with your seat

The guidelines end membership for using it to offer paid coverage to a third party.

Saying "featured by Entrepreneur"

The badge terms allow showing membership only, and bar implying any other relationship with Entrepreneur Media.

Missing the renewal

Membership renews automatically each year at $3,000 unless you cancel. Put the date in your calendar.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do I get published in Entrepreneur?▾

Through 1 of 4 routes: Leadership Network membership ($3,000 a year) for advice you write, Entrepreneur Wire ($499) for a press release, Partner Studio or Authorities for branded content (no public price), or a paid article such as the $6,500 Essentras listing. Entrepreneur does not accept guest posts.

Does Entrepreneur accept guest posts?▾

No. Its help center says Entrepreneur Media does not accept guest posts, and that only Leadership Network members can contribute articles to entrepreneur.com (read 19 Oct 2026).

How much does the Entrepreneur Leadership Network cost?▾

$3,000 per year as of 1 Nov 2022, billed annually, with no monthly option. Applying is free and you pay after acceptance. It renews automatically unless you cancel. We found 1 membership level, which the writer guidelines and the application link call premium, and no VIP tier.

How many articles can Leadership Network members publish?▾

The writer guidelines allow 1 article a month, while a help page says up to 4 submissions a month. Entrepreneur's own pages disagree, so confirm the limit with your editor before you pay.

Are Entrepreneur contributor links dofollow?▾

Entrepreneur says all contributed articles have nofollow links. The ELN article we opened showed no nofollow attribute in its HTML, and the Essentras listing states dofollow. Read the live page's link attribute before you rely on either.

How much does Entrepreneur Wire cost?▾

$499 per press release, a single charge billed on submission. A denied release is refunded in full. Releases run 400 to 1,200 words, and Entrepreneur says it can unpublish a release later.

Is a press release on Entrepreneur labeled as paid?▾

Yes. Its Wire pages say "Press Releases are paid for by or on behalf of the featured businesses", and its terms call a release paid, sponsored or user-supplied content that it may label accordingly (read 19 Oct 2026).

How long does it take to get published in Entrepreneur?▾

Leadership Network: a decision in 3 to 5 business days, then 2 to 4 weeks to review each article. Entrepreneur Wire: ASAP, which its pages put at 24 to 48 hours, reviewed Monday to Friday. The Essentras listing runs 1 to 2 weeks.

Is Entrepreneur Tribune the same as Entrepreneur?▾

No. Entrepreneur Tribune and Entrepreneurs.ng are separate sites that appear when you search our catalog for "Entrepreneur". Entrepreneur Media's own sites are entrepreneur.com and its regional editions.

Is a paid article on Entrepreneur the same as being featured?▾

No. A paid placement is paid, whatever label the page shows. Staff coverage is chosen by Entrepreneur's writers and no program sells it. Say what you have: Leadership Network contributor, press release or paid article.
