Can you remove a negative Google review?+
It depends on the review. If it breaks Google's policies, fake, posted by a competitor, off-topic, spam, contains profanity or personal info, it can usually be removed. A genuine, honest opinion from a real customer generally stays, even if it stings. We tell you which bucket yours is in before you pay.
How do you remove a fake review?+
We document the policy violation (no real transaction, competitor or conflict of interest, copied text, off-topic, spam), then file the right report through Google's review-flagging and Business Profile dispute channels, and escalate to Google support with evidence when the first pass is ignored.
What about a real but harsh review?+
A truthful negative experience does not violate Google's policies, so Google will not remove it. The honest play there is a professional response plus more recent positive reviews to push it down. We will tell you that straight rather than take your money for a removal that cannot happen.
Can a defamatory review be removed legally?+
Yes. If a review contains false statements of fact that harm you (not just opinion), there are legal removal routes, including court-ordered removal. We assess whether your case clears that bar before recommending it.
How long does Google review removal take?+
Policy-violation flags can clear in a few days to a few weeks depending on Google's queue and how clear the violation is. Disputed cases and legal routes take longer. We give you a realistic window per review.
